Hello, I'm Amir from Iran and I'm speaking for elllo.org. My question is ... how often do you work out? Well, I'm a Master's student. I'm a graduate school student and I need to write my thesis. All day, I'm in front of the computer working on my thesis. It's a very exhausting job. My shoulders, my neck, my back hurts sitting in front of the screen all the time so every day, at morning, I decided to go to gym and exercise and that's really helping me to refresh my mind and go back to my studies. It's really helping me to live a healthy life. How about you?
