Hello, this is Hoa from Vietnam. This is for elllo.org. The question today is ... what exercises do you like to do at the gym? Well, I would like to say I like to do the treadmill when I go to the gym, and I often go the gym once or twice per week. At my gym, at my gymnasium, at my university, whenever I go the gym I often spend around one and a half hours to practice on the treadmill and it helps me to relax after a long week of studying and it helps me feel more healthy. Besides, I often meet my friends there and we often talk, talk not only about studying, but about other things: life, stuff and it has a lot of fun, so how about you? Is there any gymnasium at your university? And do you really like to go to the gym?
